Repeated App launch

Have the Aristo 2 phone and have never had interest in enabling it every few minutes. Want it disabled completely until I choose a time to interact with it.

can you explain it a bit more on what exactly is going on? are you saying that an app keeps relaunching? if so what app? just remember the more details you can provide the better we can help.
