Help Replace a SD card that is used by Link2sd

So I have Link2sd running in my phone with a 16gb SD card, with all the partitions and files.

Today I want to upgrade my SD card with a 32gb, anyone knows the best way to swap the SD cards without having to start from scratch with Link2sd?

1) Partition new card.
2) Take a nandroid backup (with your current card)
3) Copy nandroid to new card
4) Place new card in phone and restore nandroid

Back in the days when I used such things the recoveries knew about ext partitions on the sd card, and so this procedure would fill the partition on the new card and restore the links.

I used CWM to backup my phone but I suspect that it didn't backup my SD card content because the backup file is way too small.

Do you know whether app like Titanium could backup the whole phone including SD card's partitions?

Titanium can back up the apps, but what happens when you swap cards? All of the apps that are on the partition will break when you do that, which will include Titanium if you move that. So you need to get Titanium off the card, and restoring everything else may be a bit messy (I remember Link2SD being a bit fragile). It would be doable, just may be messy.

The CWM nandroid should be a folder with several images in it. Looking in there you should be able to see whether there is one for the sd-ext. Also look in CWM settings to check whether it is set to back up the partition.
