Replaced battery, bricked my tab 4

My battery was not lasting a day, so I replaced it. But now it will not boot up. I tried to reinstall the op but that little green robot has been starring at me since yesterday afternoon and it still has not finished. Is there a way I can download and install the op through my computer?

I still haven't got to the point where I can do any of this stuff. But I really appreciate the guidance. I think I need to put the old battery back in and see what that does. I replaced the battery but I cannot charge it. I left it plugged in overnight with no change so I'm gonna try going back to square one. Thank you

The battery replacement shouldn't stop your tab from fully booting.

Check the battery and make sure it's good... Try the old battery again.

It would be just like removing the battery from your phone, then re-installing the battery and booting.

If the hardware is fine it will fully boot.
A phone /tablet cannot firmware brick (soft brick) because of battery replacement /removal.... So flashing will not help.
