Replacement battery

My Samsung Galaxy S4 came with a 3.8VLi-ion 2600 mAH battery, I can purchase a replacement 3.7 VDC 2800 mAH. What is the difference and is this OK and good life?
 
You'll get a trifle less power (roughly 97.3%) and a little longer time between charges.
