Replacement Desire 601 battery door?

Does anyone know the best place to get a replacement OEM back cover (battery door) for this phone? HTC doesn't appear to offer them on their site.

I've been looking around online and almost nobody sells them. The only ones I've found come in a weird 3-peice kit on ebay for $30. That's a lot of $$ for just the back cover and I don't want the extra parts that come in the kit.

Just to clarify, I'm not looking for a protective case. I'm talking about the stock back piece that snaps into place covering the battery and internals.

I just searched that and found scarce results for the part. And none of the results were the factory black color. Using different search terms I did find a black one for $30.

As someone who has been with HTC for years, I'm disappointed at the difficulty and high price to find and replace such an important and basic part of the phone.

They make it tricky to remove, and if you do it wrong it will break at a weak point near the volume buttons. This is what happened to me. I jimmy-rigged it and it's staying on the phone now. But again, disappointed that I can't find them in the $10-$20 price range.
 
Honestly, you might search for broken desire 601 as well, you might find one that the screen is broken, but the battery cover is fine.
