okay so my question is how many times do i have to get the same phone before they finally decide to send me a different model. I'm on my third eris, second replacement, and i'm still having the same problems. It's not displaying my signal correctly, and when people call or text me, it wont alert me with any sound, it just shows up on the screen. I just got off the phone and they are going to send me another phone and the guy acted surprised that I was having these problems even after the 2.1 update...so yeah. anyone know how long they will keep sending me an Eris cause I sorta have my eyes set on an Ally.

There isn't a set amount of times. You will need to establish a pattern of behavior that doesn't make them think you are just too hard on your phone. Then you will need to find a sympathetic rep who is willing to take the heat for doing something they aren't supposed to do.
