I bought a OEM screen off ebay and the description says “Pulled from phone | Tested 100% Working Condition | Grade A | Might Have Minor scratches” before i taped it all down i wanted to test it. i plugged it in and powered up the device and it has a yellow tint. when i turn the brightness down the bottom half of the screen goes bright and flashes. also when i swipe through the home screen the apps have chasers. is it a defective screen? any help is appreciated.

Well it doesn't look right, and it could very well be the replacement screen. Maybe it wasn't the exact correct type.

Ebay.....I bet it was actually....“Pulled from phone | Tested 100% Working Condition | Grade A | Might Have Minor scratches, SOLD AS SEEN. NO RETURNS!” as well.
