Help replacing a screen

A few days ago I dropped my phone accidentally and the screen got broken, but the phone still works. I understand it's an inexpensive phone but I still want to fix it because I personally need a couple of mobile phones every day. However , the warranty has expired and I can
only find small shops outside in the second-hand market to help fix or replace the screen

I'd like to know if replacing screen is a very easy task that I can almost trust everyone ?

Keep using a mobile phone with broken screen, could it release any harmful chemicals or materials through the screen?

Toxic chemicals in the display are more of an issue in the manufacturing process and when recycling them. A broken/cracked screen is more of a safety matter for your fingers if there are any exposed, jagged edges.

How about replacing the screen with the untrained hand?
is there still risk of toxic chemical coming out through the edge of the screen after replacement?

I'm getting the impression you think a smartphone display is filled with hazardous fluids that ooze out of a cracked screen. That's not what happens when the screen does get damaged.
At most, there's a lot of glues and adhesives involved (that's why you'll need a heat gun to soften them up) so don't lick your fingers, or the screen, while you're working on it.
