Replacing the battery?

So, I know the battery on this isn't "user replaceable", but what exactly is that going to mean to owners? I expect to use this pretty heavily so are people going to have to pay a fortune and be without their transformer for weeks when (not if) they need a new battery? Especially for the tablet AND dock, is it even worth it (that would sure accelerate already swift obsolescence)? Or perhaps we'll invest in soldering irons? I know appleheads face the same issue, so what do they do? This flop of a launch has left more time to ponder the finer points before buying and this one is starting to seem like a biggie. Thoughts?

If that's a significant issue for you, then it's looking like you have two choices. Either don't buy a tablet, or get the Toshiba. So far, I think only Toshiba's putting out a tablet with a user-replaceable battery.

What I'm asking is more "Is this as big a problem as I'm thinking?" Clearly people have bought/are planning to buy this product, along with the slew of apple and other products that have the same issue so, for many, it doesn't seem to be a dealbreaker. How long is this battery expected to last and what are we facing when it comes time to replace it?

As far as suggesting other tablets, I'm hooked on this docked form factor, so unless it's got that, it's a no-go. Time to start looking into this Lenovo...
