Reprogramming to Cricket service/Erasing old service

I got a cricket Huawei M860 that I gave to my brother a

few months ago. He changed it to another service. I

lost my phone and he gave it back to me because he is

no longer using it. I call Cricket service to

Reprogrammed, supposely they did but my phone is

always in roamming. everytime i try to programmed it

by *228 it send me to Verizon automating programming.

is there any way I can erase the other service? since

is no longer working??? I tried Programmed it by ##626* with no luck. cans somebody please tell me what to do?

You may have to take it to one of those places that flash phones to Cricket. You could try to do it yourself, but it is pretty involved.
