Ok, my mom has an HTC 3d from virgin mobile and i really like the clock, sooooo i copied the clock.apk and clock widget.apk to my computer and then onto my OE, but they won't install
Any Help?
P.S. i got the files if you need them.

Why don't you just go the easy route and look at the tons of HTC-inspired clock widgets on the play store?

Downloading one of the widgets is probably the best way to go. HTC could have easily put stuff in the code that checked the phone to make sure it was an HTC, or any other way to ptevent the widget from running on a phone that isnt HTC. Remember what happened the last time people were using HTC software on our LG phones(think back to the "beats" fiasco)? I could be wrong, but either way, taking 20 seconds to download a widget will take much less time to do.

That is true and I'd rather not have a paperweight, what widget to u recommend??

The one I have in that picture is called sense analog clock widget. It seems to be the same, and there are different themes and stuff they have for it

There are tons of very good clones.

True Sense stuff only runs on Sense because it is integrated with it, so you can copy and tweak all you want, but unless you hack a lot of code, it wont work on a non-sense phone that lacks the back end it requires.
