Root [Request] B15 ROM Dump

So I saw that there was B15 update or something... I'm trying to get a hold of it and see if I can make use of the libs for kitkat... The B13 adreno libs don't want to boot although what I think are the ICS adreno libs boot perfectly fine

All I need is for someone to upload a nandroid (just the system partition) if that isn't too much to ask :p

B13 (jb 4.1.2) is the newest we have. There was some confusion at one point because zte uses a different internal version number.

edit: B09 is the last ICS we have
