Root Request for beats audio

Wondering if anyone has a flashable zip for beats audio to work on our phones?

i tried once and didn't work so haven't tried again. maybe someone else has got it to work. heard it does work on ours though.

I haven't tried it, but Google play has a Beats Audio driver installer you can try. I have DSP Manager already, so I can't use beats without crashing I think.

Hi. Beats audio can be found on.the xda fourms or play store you need root to do this and if u install with cm7 dsp manger wont.crash I know for a fact

This seems to be working for me running CM7. Although DSP manager doesn't seem to work for me anymore so you might need to find another audio manager. Unless someone can give me the link to a working DSP manager

Once u install beats. You can try musicfx from the app store or if you want to get funky there's a thread with. Full beats port but.only.for ics/miui 4.x

everytime i go into cwm and try to install after getting from market and do what you have to do it says aborted when trying to flash in cwm. somethings not right?

These are the steps I take

1.I would make sure first that the file size is correct(usually the problem I have)
2.I would check with your rom maker to see if he might have an answer already(I don't know anything about CT
3.On the original post he warns that the zip might not work for everyone and if not to try to extract the files and place them in their expected places
4.Get someone smart to help you

Just download the app from the market.. then it'll create a zip file flashable in CWM. I think i did the first one, 501, theres three config options and it worked. but i dont remember which one i used. it wasn't the obvious one samsung...

dont forget to make a backup prior.


I'm going to rtry it out on my new build will edit which file worked

edit: worked ok, the app has been updated and doens't give options anymore.
