Root [REQUEST FOR HELP] SuperUser & SU Binary

RetroDelete

Android Enthusiast
Alright, So like many of you, I had updated my SU binary, and still to no avail have USB access on Windows, Super User Access, or Permissions to edit my /System with ADB. All of my computers tell me that USB has been not been recognized. When looking in Device Manager it says USB has reported problem Error Code #43. I've tried 4 different USB's, 3 computers, and different USB Drivers.

I also tried using Linux to root, still doesn't work.. Although the USB allows me to transfer files on my phone. ADB hasn't been working Ubuntu 11.10 for some reason. The Admire doesn't let me chmod any system files at all. Even through an FTP server

**FIXED

*** Need help with USB connection? PM your problem, and I'll try to fix it.

Just a thought one time for the life of me I could not get the puter to recognize the phone then I just restarted the phone and it worked. hope this helps,
Doug

I got it working. Windows has a feature Selective Suspend Service. This happens when a device turns on/off or when it connects/disconnects. I just disabled it on all my USB ports using Regedit ( registry editor ). I uninstalled my USB ports from device manager, and BAM, everything works.
