Hi and welcome to Android Forums!
Rooting the A95 is as simple as a one-click solution: there are apps that can do that out there on the Internet.
HOWEVER:
Keep in mind that rooting may or may not solve your memory issue. I am not sure the phone is popular enough to have a custom Recovery or any ROMs developed for it. Low system memory could be caused by excessive bloatware... but it could also be caused by a very large call log or too many SMS/MMS messages. If that's the case, you might try deleting the call log and reducing the number of texts stored on the phone.
SMS Cleaner is free in Play and is great at deleting old messages. You can recuperate a lot of system memory that way.
BEWARE! Deleting system apps (bloatware) may very well render the phone unusable by deleting critical system files with it! If you cannot make a nandroid backup in Recovery before deleting things, I strongly advise against deleting system files.
Hope this helps and good luck!
