Reset button greyed out

Ok so, the tablet is actually Huawei MediaPad T5 but its not in the list. The button is greyed out in the (power button + volume button) menu idk why, same in the settings. I want to reset it but i cant. Any suggestions?

so does it skip the "wipe data/factory reset" option?

In the settings it does. But in the (power button + volume button) menu you can go to the option but it does nothing
