reset datas

Hello,

I use an huawei phone. I had to reset my phone for some issues. So I did first the backup my phone adviced me to and put everything on my SD card, at least this what I think I did.

When I reseted my phone, I've got my applications back but neither my contacts nor my text messages. I feel so hopeless of trying to get them back! It seems like I don't neither have my VCF file anymore!

Please tell me it is possible to recover these!

Actually, I could find my backup files. They are in DB format. However, I can't open them on my phone. It simply says "Unable to open". I downloaded Libre Office on my compute and could check what I've got on it.

Do you know how I can have them back into my phone? Pleassssee
