Reset Gmail Password on Phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy S android phone with T-Mobile. I've forgotten the password to my gmail account on the phone. It doesn't offer an option for resetting the password. What can I do to retrieve the old password or reset the account and establish a new password?

I would access gmail on a Web browser (either PC or on your mobile device). Then when you go to login, choose the forgot password option and go through the steps to get your password reset. There's not really any way to retrieve your old password, you'll just have to set a new one.
