Apps Reset layout

Hi there!
I have a thread that is creating elements in the ScrollView. But i cant handle the created elements to delete, so my elements in scrollview is always increasing. On t time : there is 5 elements, in t+1 time there is 10 elements, so on..
How can i solve this problem?
