Help reset phone now only says android in blue

factory reset my phone & now when turned on only says android in blue. won't let me turn it off or anything. have to wait til it dies.

Are you rooted are you not rooted? If so what rom? If not, why did you have to factory reset? If it says android in blue then it is likely that you are running something like Revolution HD. Did you get this phone new or used? Gimme something lol

I bought it off someone on Craigslist used. I wanted to reset it after I had it for a while to just start new with it instead of deleting all my apps. The people @ at&t say I must of did it when the battery was too low so it messed up the whole program of the phone. I turn it on & it has a white background saying htc in green and goes to a black screen saying android in blue & won't do anything else til it dies.
