Help Reset Phone

I did a factory reset and it didn't do what I was expecting. The pictures were still on the phone and when I went to "explore" the phone through my computer, the same files that were there before I reset, were there after the reset. How do I get the phone back to the way it was when I took it out of the box?

Not sure about what "files" your talking about, but most likely the pictures are being stored on the SD card, and a factory reset only deletes off of internal memory. U will need to manually delete this stuff off of the card, format the card, just simply remove card and leave out, or if you have another unused card, just swap them

there's an option when you FDR to reset the SD card and erase personal data as well. check that and it should remove everything.

I was able to find something and by pressing the volume button and power button it erased everything. I can't find my ringtone folder and was trying to see if maybe I deleted it. I was hoping the reset would also reset the folders but that didn't work because my added folders were still there. I was doing this to try to get my ringtone to work after I unplugged my computer but that did not work.
