hi there. I have recently forgotten the number password for my samsung galaxy ace (GT-S5830i) in trying to restart it have learnt about factory resetting my phone. BUT! When i try to hold the volume and power buttons to reset it I only get a custom OS screen. PLEASE help! My parents have no idea what ive done to yet another phone. thanks any help is appreciated.
