1- power off phone.
2- press volume up , home , power key at same time.
3- as screen shows samsung logo and blinks 1 time release the power key only.
4- you should see the recovery menu. Select wipe data/factory reset and then reboot your system when finished.
Note: This will delete all user data not backed up or stored on the SD card.
