Reset

ok i've had my hero for a few weeks now, and I want to reset it, but being scared to do so, i have a few questions!

If im thinking correctly, all my contacts are saved in the clouds, so resetting the phone wont erase them...when the phone is restarted it will just retrieve them all again right?

sorry if this is simple, but I want to be totally sure first

All the Contacts in your phone are stored in the phone's internal memory. If by "in the cloud" you mean in Google, then that's not the default behavior. You have to enter your Gmail account info into the phone and set it to sync your Contacts. And only Contacts marked as "Google" (not "Phone") will sync.

If I don't have Gmail and just have yahoo mail...is there a way to back up my contacts that I have in my phone?
In case my phone ever has to be replaced or reset?
If so can someone do a walkthrough for that?
