Hello ive been using threads for years to find answers to resolve my problems. unfortunately this is the first time i could not find the answer and first time i have ever registered and created a thread.
heres whats going on... i have a samsung ace 5830 for some reason whenever i make calls the screen resets back to the home screen. for example if i am calling an automated system and need to select 0 for operator i cannot because it keeps going back to the homescreen. the dialpad is not usable during conversations. neither is any other application " DURING CONVERSATION " . Everything works fine until i start a voice call and then no matter what i do it resets back to the home screen . as soon as i press the dialpad it shows up for about a second and resets to home screen... i cannot even end the call hahaha because i cannot do anything. i have to remove the battery to end the call. is there anyway i can fix this major problem.. thanks in advance guys and gals
