Hi, i am having trouble with my huawei y300. It's telling "Unfortunatly, Android keyboard has stopped working. I am trying to restore my phone to it's factory setting incase i did something wrong, but it asks me to confirm my pin but my keypad won't work? is there anyway to reset my phone without going threw the normal process?
Thank you.

Hi

You should be able to boot your phone into recovery mode (normally by holding more than one button when starting it up - google it for which buttons for your model of phone) In recovery there is usually an option to factory reset. You select the options with vol up & down keys and select the action with the power button so you should not need the keyboard. It does not need pin entry.

Volume up + power button will get you there ;)
