Resetting Private Mode

Is there a way to reset private mode? I set my pattern but now the phone isn't recognizing it. Thank you.

Double tap the Power Key to turn it ON/OFF.

I use the settings search mode for stuff like you are asking.
I typed in 'priv' and all of the stuff for Private show up.

Hi! sorry for being a newbie. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5

I can't seem to recall my password for the private mode to turn on ... is there a way to reset it? i think i had done it when i was tired and I have tried all my passwords that I use ... I still can not get in.

any suggestions? thoughts? i'd gladly appreciate it.
