Root Resize /dev Partition

For those of us with root, perhaps you've taken a gander through your phone's system files and partitions. Particularly of interest is the '/dev' partition - a whopping 142 MB unused with '80' K uses.

I don't understand Android completely, but I do know that you cannot write to this partition, so maybe there is hope in resizing it? I was told it was used for OTA updates only, and quite frankly I don't think we have to worry about that for the Admire.

TL;DR - can we resize the /dev partition on our phones to get more app and system app space? It's a pain to keep above 20 MB sometimes with an SD card, and lacking one right now it's even more difficult.

I don't know about resizing the dev partition but have you looked into using link2sd? Everyone who has installed it and created the partition has gained at least 60mb space.
