Resizing contact photos?

When adding a shortcut for a person, the icon is so small that I can't see the person's picture. Is there a way to increase the size of the icon?

Launcher? I have no clue what you're talking about.

When I add a shortcut to a person the photo icon of them is too small to see who it is. I'm simply wondering if there is a way to make the icon bigger.
 
I know what you're talking about, i don't know if you can do it with Sense, i know using GoLauncher you can resize widgets and such.
