Help Restart now apps missing

Last week, I rooted my F6, removed bloatware, setup Link2SD and partitioned my SD card to move apps to sd card, as per GameTheory's instructions. Everything went just fine. Today I restarted my phone and now most of my apps are gone. Most of the app icons are either gone or have the generic android icon in their place. Looks like the phone is no longer recognizing the partition I created. Can anyone help me find out what happened?

Link2SD indicated that the apps were linked but idk. Another thing...when I open Link2SD now..I get pop up asking me what file system is the sd second partition. Then after i select. ext4... I get a mount script error...No CSI structure available.

Yes the apps didn't move when you selected them . this is why when you power off and power back on those apps was gone . I just hope you didn't try this with the system apps .:what: the system apps cannot be on SD card they wont work . they need to be kept on the device . you can't even remove the calculator to SD card.

Do you have a back up made . maybe you skipped a step in the guide that the dev produced for you . maybe start over just as if you rooted with the backup you made .
