It's been a year since I started using Samsung Galaxy S III phone with out problem, except the battery which needs charging now and then. however, now I encounterd a big problem in restarting the phone. this was happend soon after the system updating process , and while the phone triying to restart, though the word SUMSUNG is left freezed on the display. I tried to restart it again and again, but it doesn't work. Is there any one who can give me a piece of advice on how to sort out this problem?
