Something has got to be wrong with my phone.
When turning my phone off and back on, it gets stuck at the TMobile screen for 20 minutes before loading up. My husbands phone only takes about 2 minutes total to turn on. Mine takes 25 minutes. This has been going on for weeks.
My battery has never been good since day 1 of having the phone, it drains when I'm not even using it (with WiFi, Bluetooth and location off).
I got the 5.1.1 update weeks ago and saw no fix or improvements to these problems. Would a factory reset possibly fix it?
