Help restarting issue

i am having an issue where my phone will restart itself over and over until you pull the battery. i have tried many troubleshooting options including factory reset via pc.

customer service is a joke with boost and zte, and they want me to send it in for 10 days and pay shipping...

anyway, anybody have this type of issue? ans can it be fixed without sending it in?

Did you root or mod the device in anyway before it did the reboot thing to you

No the phone is 100% stock, its happened during use and in standby mode.

this has been happening on my wifes phone, i have even tried going all the way back to stock like the op said his is and it didnt help.

You say you done a factory reset now can i ask and it is funny but try to turn on the device leave on for about five minutes make sure screen backlight is on and just pull the battery for 10 minutes and then power back on and see if it fixes the problem . Remember to pull the battery for ten minutes if longer don't worry be happy and power back up and post back
