Help Restarts after video playback, sleep & playback

Here is the scenario:

I watch a video (using mVideoPlayer HD/MX Player/TED) and goes off pausing the video. When I come back the screen is off so I turn it back on and hit play. Video starts and gets stuck immediately and restarts the tablet!!

Sometimes, after the reboot applications doesn't work so I do a manual reboot and it's all good again.

Because of this I try not to let the prime go to sleep while a video is on pause. If I do this all works well.

Anyone else having the same issue? Is there any fix?

Seems unlikely that uninstalling and re-installing will solve the problem as 3 apps are like that, but you might as well try.
