Root Restocking Fail

So i have just flashed a custom rom, it worked perfectly on the 10.1 3G, but i wanted to restock. After flashing stuff in ODIN successed, i turned it on but when i start up the tablet its blurry/stripped and it stays that way (i cant read anything). Do any of u guys have any solutions? Thanks

I tried to flash a region based firmware from sammobile it is Saudi Arabia(JED)
it still has the same problem. Is it because of me foolishly didn't make my old rom backed up?

i tried going to the service center, they said its an LCD problem. I need to pay 133$.
Can anyone here really help me out, and give me any solutions? Thanks!
