Restoration of WiFi password after a factory reset

After I did a factory reset, my wifi password won't restore. I don't use that wifi because it is a wifi from an American company, but it means a lot to me. I use it to remember them because they moved out of my area.

Please please, let me have my saved wifi, as I clearly know and I am sure that I click the backup and restore to this account and I click the automatically restore button( anyway, all the requirements). Please, please.
Thanks a lot.

My device is Blu advanced A5, Android 6.0.

I could be wrong but for wifi passwords, unless you had them backed up to a cloud service (some backup apps offer this function). Unfortunately they're gone for good unless your device is rooted with a liable nandroid.

Just enable backup to your Google account. The next time you login to that account with your Google credential all the saved wifi passwords will be restored.

If it's a WiFi connection from an "American company that you don't use" and they move out of the area, ho can you even test it to know it didn't restore your credentials?
