Restore after reset

Hello All

Had to do a factory reset there and kind of thought messages etc were backed up. However, cant seem to see how you get them back from the backup. Had a look around here but cant seem to find exactly what I'm looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure but after i did a reset I found out it does not save much. Next time (pre 2.2) I will look at My Backup Pro.
