Restore apps records after format

Hi,

I had to format my SGS5 due to broken screen, and lost the records for some apps:
Shazam (tags), Water Drink Reminder (drink log), Candy Crush (awards) and old game called BubbleShoot (levels).

I managed to plugin the phone to my laptop while he was with broken screen, and backup manually all the folders. One of them named "carbon" with folders, zip files and json files included with all those apps - can I use those?
For example -
com.king.candycrushsaga.json, com.king.candycrushsaga.ab
com.shazam.android.json, com.shazam.android.ab
