Help Restore corrupted picture

I was wondering if its possible to restore a corrupted picture

That depends on the corruption. If another file was saved over part of the picture, no. If the storage medium is getting flakey, possibly. But it has to be done by hand, in a program like Photoshop. Restoring missing pixels automatically requires the Hollywood OS, and Abby Sciuto has to be running it.
