There isn't one i'm afraid. You could RUU with this
HTC Desire Android 2.3 Upgrade
From here
HTCdev - HTC Kernel Source Code and Binaries
Would that be using the same method as before with the new rom?
I'd check this guide out here for a step by step guide. RUU's are different to simply flashing a ROM.
Have fun!
Just curious: Orange don't need your phone back for an upgrade (or has something changed since I last did a network upgrade?), so why does it matter? Or do you want to unroot to sell it (some buyers might want a rooted phone)? How do I restore the stock ROM from Orange as my phone is due for upgrade shortly.
I rooted using the Goldcard method July last year but I want the card from this phone for my new phone.

The goldcard is only needed for running an otherwise incompatible RUU, not for operating the phone, so there's nothing to stop you using it in the new phone and using the old one with a different card.
