Hi Trickeren and welcome to Android Forums!
I am trying to understand your question here. Are you wanting to save internal memory (pics, vids, music and other user data)to a place off the phone? Or take them from somewhere and put them ON the phone? The best way I have found is to hook it up to a PC and start transferring it from time to time.
If I got this all wrong, let me know what you're specifically wanting to accomplish and we'll do our best to come up with a solution.
It's great to have you here

What device do you have? If you have internal memory instead of a physical SD card, the software should treat it the same. I am not sure that you can recover these photos, though. IF the bits are still in there somewhere, then DO NOT take any more pictures until you recover those files... otherwise you will very well overwrite them.
Well... hmmm.
We have almost a dozen Galaxy S2 forums, depending on your specific device. I suggest you go here:
Android Phones - Android Forums
then scroll down to the S2 forum that applies to your phone. Other S2 users may be able to point you in the right direction. Not having an S2 myself, I can't really offer any more suggestions. Good luck on restoring those deleted files!
