Help Restore some apps from D1 to D2

Hey guys, question for ya. I have a new D2 as a replacement for my D1. I like it, but I hate motoblur. I have been able to successfully replace the messaging app to stock androids, but I am looking to replace the dialer, contacts app, and the car dock to the stock android ones. Any advice on how to do so? I cant install via an adb connection, and I cant install it with any file managers, so I really don't know what else to try.

Also, please dont suggest any ROMs, I prefer to do it all myself.

What do you not like about the car dock on the D2? To me it is a vast improvement over the D1 on a couple levels. Just curious?
