Restoring apps from the app store question

My Galaxy note 2 needed replaced because of a defective speaker. I use My backup pro in the past to restore my apps and data. It has always worked great, but this time only about 2/3 of my apps were restored. I have contacted the developer and he is working on it.

I now have two Note 2's listed in the Play store. My defective one, with the correct apps, and the new one, with missing apps. Is there a way to get the apps restored from my original one from the play store without doing them all manually?

I have never used the play store to restore apps before. Does it download all of them, even the ones you deleted?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Enter your phone's settings on your defective Note that and enter the settings and go to the Backup & Restore section of the Settings.

Then choose the option to backup application data to Google's servers.

Then enter your new phones settings and do the same procedure, then go to the Accounts section of the Settings and press the sync button on the account which has the applications stored on
