Root Restoring backup with Clockwork and Outlook Sync

I restored a backup which was a couple of weeks old using ROM manager and Clockwork and left all the check boxes checked. My corporate calendar on the phone now shows duplicate entries. Should I have deselected "data" when restoring the backup?

Edit: Decided to just delete the corporate account then add it back. That seems to have done the trick.
