Restoring basic data with Titanium Backup

Hi all

I use Titanium backup and found it fantastic in restoring everything I could think of (from root access). I'm at a point where I want to wipe a lot of the clutter off my phone. So I am going to reset to factory defaults and only restore certain data. My problem is that I don't know what to select to get the info I want. I want to keep the following, so if anyone knows what name links to that, I would be very grateful.

-SMS data
-Call history - basically just total time. I don't need logs to contacts.
-WiFi access points
-Language/Dictionary
-Keyboard
-Ringtones - I don't know if that is stored with the contact with Google.
-and maybe some settings data (not sure what yet, but that can always be redone)

I've used it twice to backup and restore everything, even when flashing to a completely new ROM (VillainRom 3.0), and it really has restored EVERYTHING. I have app data, market links, account data, settings, you name it. Works very well, when you have a rooted phone. Sure, there might be times when the data it tries to restore will clash with the new ROM, but it hasn't happened to me yet.
