Help Restoring defaults (Launcher etc)

I've been running Launcher Pro on my SGS for a few days and want to revert back to Touchwiz for a comparison.

The problem is I can't find the menu where you can access the default selections.

It's not in the same place it was on my N1.

Anybody else found this or able to offer some advice?

Download home switcher from the android market

navigate to settings>applications>manage applications and select 'launcher pro'

press 'clear defaults' and then press the home key, select 'TwLauncher' to complete the action

..this does't seem to work for me with laucher pro on the droid X, but the "Home switcher" app works great!
