Root Restoring everything to stock?

How would you restore everything, the Kernel, the ROM, the bootloader, and root to stock. Basically, in my situation, I have a rooted phone with CWM and a custom Kernel. How can I get it completely back to stock (i need to return it and can't have them knowing it was rooted!)

Hey there, I see you've made a few posts but Welcome to the forums =). Not sure if you were aware so i wanted to point out a few links to you that should be useful for your situation.

Up top in this thread is the ALL Things ROOT Guide: link here: http://androidforums.com/elite-all-things-root/520236-optimus-elite-all-things-root-guide.html

^ direct link to the restoring stock firmware as well.
Inside there you should find Restoring factory settings, I use a very simliar method for the Viper so can assure you it will completely remove all traces of root. Make sure you enter your ESN HEX, and then view page source to get firmware download link. (I was beginning to believe this was fully LG universal, seemingly so. Also, if you don't mind me askiing, what is the reason you need to return your phone? If your looking to possibly save your data, there ARE ways to...fully remove traces of root without having to restore factory settings/data. Message me if you have any questions and or continue to post here, Lots of helpful knowledgeable folks will be sure to help you out. ;)

Along with the All things Root guide
you could also try to do the KDZ method
Here
Hope this helps.

See I learn something everyday, the LG Elite .cab firmware is compatible w/ ODIN? I didnt know of that, I knew ODIN has worked for other devices, need to look into it further for My handset =).

Thanks guys for your help! I used the KDZ method which worked beautifully! Hopefully all trace of root and CWM are gone, ill let you guys know if there were any problems.

The reason I had to send it back is because the headphone jack got damaged. Something got lodged in there and while I got it out, it ruined one of the contacts so only the left channel works. Even though I could easily fix the problem myself, I don't want to void the warranty, so ill let VM fix it for me :)
