Hi I know this has been asked a million times before, but I am at my wits end. I have recently bought a second hand pulse but the seller has'nt restored it to factory settings. I have done everything I can to do so but to no avail. When I follow the instructions on the disc where it says below internal phone storage select factory data reset I do not have that option, I just have available space and software upgrade, I have also tried the suggestions of holding down the home and end key but that does'nt work either, can somebody please help?
