Help Restricted Access

Had an issue today with calling. My One S has dropped three calls today for no apparent reason. The first time the phone even shut down and rebooted on it's own. I also noted that after rebooting I would see a message show up briefly in the notification bar stating 'Restricted Access has changed'. What does that mean and has anyone got any ideas about solving this issue.

I was having this problem also. Phone crashing whilst talking on it, then when i tried to call it just beeped at me. Has also rebooted a few times.

Seems to be sorted now though.

Did you have your wifi switched on when it crashes during calls? If so, you could try what i did (which i found on a t-mobile forum).

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Menu > Advanced, and tap on "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" to enable it. Do the same for "Best Wi-Fi performance." Next, perform a soft reset by pressing and holding your power button and then choosing Restart.

All i had to do was turn on best wifi performance and restart the phone. It seems to be working, hasnt crashed for 3 days now.
