Restricted help

I have the greatever t95z plus and went into restricted mode. I know the password but I can't get back to administrator mode. looked online and asked greatever and no help. Don't have keyboard so for some reason can't even get to a screen to enter password. Please help.

Probably can't help if we don't know or have the phone you've actually got there. Is this something cheapo, you bought online, imported and shipped from Hong Kong? If so, probably best to return it for refund. T95 was a Russian tank wasn't it?

I can't believe that you can't get hold of a USB keyboard or mouse. Are you Amish?

Anyway - have you thought about resetting the box to factory settings?
